Camera Ready Submission

Important for Authors: All accepted papers must be submitted in their final form (Camera Ready) by the deadline. Please follow the 4 steps below strictly to ensure your paper is included in the conference proceedings.

STEP 1 IEEE PDF eXpress Validation

All camera-ready papers must be validated via IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure compliance with IEEE Xplore requirements.

Go to IEEE PDF eXpress Website.
Create a new account or login.
Use Conference ID: 6XXXXX (To be announced)

Go to PDF eXpress

Please upload your source file (Word/LaTeX) to PDF eXpress for conversion, or upload your PDF for validation. You will receive an email with the compatible PDF.

STEP 2 IEEE Copyright Form

Authors must submit the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF). Without this form, we cannot publish your paper.

Log in to the Microsoft CMT system.
Click on the "Submit IEEE Copyright Form" link in the Author Console.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the eCF.

Note: Do not send copyright forms via email. Use the CMT system only.

STEP 3 Registration & Payment

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and pay the fee to have the paper included in the proceedings.

Check the Registration Rates.
Complete your payment via the provided system.

STEP 4 Final Paper Upload

After completing the steps above, upload your validated PDF file (from Step 1) to the submission system.

Upload to Microsoft CMT

"No Show" Policy

Papers that are accepted and presented at the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore. If a paper is not presented at the conference (No Show), it will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore, even if the registration fee has been paid.
